Class Descriptions
Fitness Classes
TurboKick: Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength / endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.
Zumba: Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Cardio Pump: This class is an effective toning and calorie burning workout. It will keep your heart rate consistently high throughout the duration of the class burning calories to slim and trim. It is a combination of weight training and cardio bursts in a circuit like form. This class is not only fun but very effective.
Body Blast: Bored with the same old workouts? Want something new and exciting to look forward to each class? Well Body Blast will give you what you need! This all over strength and body toning class uses muscle confusion to get you in shape. You will never get bored in this class because each time you come the workout is different. With lively upbeat music, you will go away feeling tired but refreshed!
Fitness for All: This class is for any level and for anyone! It doesn't matter whether you need a chair or can up and down off the floor, this class with work on full body strength to your own abilities. This class consists of a light warm up, stretching, strength training and ends with a relaxing cool down.
Body Blitz: Burn off calories with a combination of resistance training and aerobic exercises for a total circuit body workout. This class targets strength building as well as muscular endurance.
Cardio Pump & Pilates: This class is a combination of two of the other classes we offer. It consists of 35-45 minutes of Cardio Pump with a cool down of Pilates.
Yoga & Pilates Classes
PiYo: PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that's fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It's about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.
Basic Mat Pilates: Pilates is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. A beginner class generally consists of very gentle exercises done on a mat in either a sitting or lying down position. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs, and a strong back.
All Levels Yoga: The All Levels Yoga class entails an introduction to yoga poses, or asanas, for the beginning student, as well as more challenging modifications for the continuing student. This flow-style class will also include basic pranayamas, or breathing exercises, as well as basic relaxation techniques. All levels of practitioners are welcome. Please advise the instructor of any special needs or concern.

Specialty Classes
Boot Camp: This class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Boot camps are designed in a way to push participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
On Site Classes: Cost based on number of participants, location and sessions.
Combination classes are available.
